| Payment terms: | Prepayment is not provided under the contract. Advance service is not provided, the payment is made on a cashless basis on account of the Contractor in fact produced services in the amount of 100% of the cost of services, within seven (7) business days of the date of delivery of goods on the basis of furnished by the Parties under the terms of the contract and the current legislation of the following documents:
- waybill (form negotiating 12);
- waybill;
- bill and invoice. Form of payment - bank transfer. |
