Payment terms:Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer upon delivery of a batch of Goods of the required volume, proper quality, in proper completeness within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of documents confirming the Supplier's fulfillment of its obligations and receipt of payment documents from the Supplier (subject to compliance with the requirements to their registration, established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Agreement).

Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
