Payment terms:No advance is provided. Deferment of payment 60 days from the date of delivery and submission of original reporting documents (c-f, trade 12) and copies of quality certificates.
Delivery terms:All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the product price.
The products should be new.
Delivery will be made on weekly specifying additional applications, according to the need. The specification captures the cost per unit (from June 2021 to the end of November 2021), but not by volume. Delivery time 5-10dn. from the moment of signing the specification in which the required quantity and nomenclature are indicated. Approximate number of stages of delivery: from 1 to 10 times monthly.

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire at the same time as the submission of the offer and file in the form of a scanned copy of its offer (indicating the timing of delivery) signed by the authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure (form attached). In case of failure or improper performance by the participant of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier offer is not less than 30 days.
3. The supplier of products must be the manufacturer, either the official dealer of the manufacturer or the distributor (confirming documents the participant provides simultaneously with commercial proposition).
4. The cost of products must be unchanged for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of the competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
