Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The proposal must be submitted on the company's letterhead indicating:
- the full name of the organization;
- details and contact details: TIN, OGRN, OKPO, contact phone, address, e-mail;
- term of the proposed price;
- basic terms of performance of the contract (term of service provision, payment procedure, etc.);
- gross weight; $
- location of shipment (city, region);
- delivery method;
- shipping costs with explanation include/not included in the price of products.
The offer must be registered in accordance with the established procedure (have outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or authorized person and sealed.
Terms of payment: within 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of acceptance and transfer of products under the contract.
Delivery of goods is required for the Bilibin NPP to the warehouse of Kalinin NPP. Udomlya, Tver region in the period till 10.09.2020g.
The conduct of this procedure of collecting information does not entail any obligations of the Customer.
