Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the Products under the Agreement is made by the Buyer within 45 days after the delivery of 100% of the products on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier, which must indicate the number and date of this agreement.
In the event that a contract is concluded with a supplier that meets the criteria for referring to SMEs, payment will be made by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account within 15 working days from the date of 100% delivery.
When supplying the Products, a deviation from the amount of products provided for in section 1 of the TOR is allowed within +/- 10% for the assortment position, but not more than for a total amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) rubles. In this case, the final calculation is made according to the actual quantity of the delivered Products indicated in the consignment note and invoice.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
