Payment terms:
Price equipment includes the cost of equipment, including all costs associated with packaging Provider, transportation, installation and commissioning of equipment under this Treaty, as well as all other taxes payable mandatory payments. Payment under this Agreement shall be carried out within 10 (ten) calendar days after the transfer of the goods to the customer from the warehouse of the supplier and signed Act of acceptance-transfer equipment and commercial invoice form Torg-12. Payment under this Agreement shall be effected by bank transfer payment order by transferring the customer funds to the account of the Supplier on the basis of the invoice issued duly executed Provider account.
In the event of a change in current account Provider is obliged within three days in writing inform the customer, specifying the new current account details. Otherwise, all risks associated with the transfer of funds on the Customer specified in the present contract by the supplier, shall be borne by the Supplier. All changes and additions are made to the contract in writing and are valid only after their approval by the parties in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
the total period of delivery of the goods is no more than 1 month from the date of signing of the contract.
In case of early delivery, the customer may exercise its acceptance. Payment for early delivery of equipment shall be made within 10 days (ten) working days from the date of signature of the employer Act of acceptance and transfer equipment.
A contract is concluded on the date of its signing and is valid till complete fulfillment by the parties of the obligations. Delivery of the goods to the customer warehouse be carried out in accordance with the forces and at the expense of the supplier. Acceptance of the goods by quantity and quality is carried out at the time of transfer of the goods to the customer together with the certificates of quality, original merchandise invoice, original invoices for payment.
