закупки «Поставка кассового оборудования» для нужд
Владимирского филиала АО «ЭнергосбыТ Плюс» -
«п.4.1.2. Заказчик вправе отменить конкурентную
закупку по одному и более предмету закупки (лоту)
до наступления даты и времени окончания срока
подачи заявок на участие в конкурентной закупке.
Решение об отмене конкурентной закупки размещается
в ЕИС в день принятия этого решения. По истечении
срока отмены конкурентной закупки в соответствии с
настоящим пунктом и до заключения договора
заказчик вправе отменить определение поставщика
(исполнителя, подрядчика) только в случае
возникновения обстоятельств непреодолимой силы в
соответствии с гражданским законодательством»,
