A contract will be signed with the winner for the monthly supply of about 1.8 thousand cash tapes.
The total demand per year is ~ 22 thousand units.
The price is fixed for the duration of the contract (1 year).

1. Commercial proposal:
it must be sent STRICTLY in the form of "KP submission Form", one file in Excel format, the second-a scan (*. pdf) of this proposal with the signature and seal of the organization through the B2B Center platform;
2. The Bidder must consider the availability and content of this Invitation and all information provided in relation to this Invitation as confidential information and must use it only for the purpose of preparing and submitting an offer for Lamoda.
The bidder must not publish or disclose confidential information without the prior written consent of Lamoda.
The information disclosed by the bidder in relation to or in response to the Invitation will be considered confidential by Lamoda and will be used only for the purposes for which it was provided.
Lamoda has the right to acquaint its employees and (or) third parties involved at its discretion with the tender documentation received from the bidders.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

2) Организация не должна находиться в процессе ликвидации, реорганизации или под процедурой банкротства; на ее имущество не должен быть наложен арест;
