| Payment terms: | 1. Авансовый платеж – не предусмотрен;
2. Оплата осуществляется в один из нижеперечисленных сроков:
- в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Заказчиком ТОРГ-12 или УПД при цене договора до 5 млн. руб. (включительно);
- в течение 60 (шестидесяти) календарных дней с даты подписания Заказчиком ТОРГ-12 или УПД при цене договора более 5 млн. руб.;
- в течение 15 (пятнадцати) рабочих дней с даты подписания Заказчиком товарной накладной по форме ТОРГ-12 или УПД в случае заключения договора с МСП. |
