The price of the commercial offer must include all the expenses of the Applicant related to the fulfillment of obligations, excluding VAT and taking into account transport costs.
The price of the commercial offer is indicated in rubles, excluding VAT.
Payment terms:
Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the 60th (sixtieth) calendar day from the moment of transfer of ownership of the Goods.
All payments for the delivered Goods are made on the basis of the original invoice, the original consignment note (TORG-12) with the mandatory indication of the contract number, copies of goods and transport documents issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. The payer under the contract is the Buyer.
The date of fulfillment of the Buyer's obligations to the Supplier to pay for the goods is the date of debiting funds from the Buyer's current account in an authorized bank.
The applicant must attach a Letter of Guarantee to his offer on signing the contract in the Customer's version in case of victory on the B2B electronic trading platform according to the procedure.
Delivery terms:
The volume of the purchased Goods is not final and can be adjusted by the Buyer, both during the conclusion of the contract and during its execution, but within the amount of the contract.
Delivery of the Goods after the conclusion of the Contract is carried out by the Supplier in the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.10.2022 in the volumes defined in the quarterly specifications of the Buyer. Before each delivery, it is necessary to clarify the range of concentrations and certified values from the applicants (indicated in the quarterly specifications). The specifications are sent to the Supplier by fax 40 days before the start of the planned delivery quarter.
The approximate delivery schedule of the Goods is presented in Appendix No. 2 to the General Information.
The Supplier is responsible for the delivery of the Goods.
Transportation (delivery) The goods are produced by rail and road transport, in accordance with the shipping details of the Buyer (Consignee) specified in Appendix No. 2 to the draft Contract for the supply of goods.
Supplier's obligations for delivery (transfer) The Goods are considered completed at the time of transfer of the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) at the destination.
The moment of transfer of the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) The parties determine:
When delivering Goods by rail:
- according to the date of the mark on the delivery of the cargo in the transport railway waybill, in the absence of a mark on the delivery of the cargo-according to the date of issue of the original waybill to the consignee.
When delivering Goods by means of transport other than rail:
- according to the date of the receipt (issue)mark The Goods in the goods and transport document issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation regulating the transportation of Goods by the appropriate mode of transport.
The supplier carries out transportation (delivery) Of the goods to the destination. By" destination " the Parties understand:
- destination station – when delivered by rail;
- container station of destination-for container delivery;
- the destination warehouse of the Buyer (Consignee) – when delivered by road.
The following accompanying documents must be attached to the Goods delivered under the Contract: packing lists, technical passports, quality certificates or other documents confirming the quality of the Goods, the manufacturer's warranty obligations and the warranty period, as well as operating instructions.
Passports and operating instructions for imported goods must be executed in Russian.
Comments: Provide the following documents (required):
• Documents confirming that the applicant has at least 3 years of experience in the supply of similar Goods (reference list, information letter, etc.);
• Quality certificates for the Goods for each item of the delivered goods;
• Notification of the registration of a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur engaged in operations with precious metals and precious stones, and the assignment of an accounting number to it;
• Information about the manufacturer of the Product offered for delivery (with mandatory indication of its name and location);
• Powers from the manufacturer confirming the status of the applicant business entity (dealer, distributor, etc.), in the case of delivery by a non – manufacturer.
