2. Statutory documents are not required to be attached at this stage
3. I ask the Commercial Proposal to specify the price without VAT with delivery, delivery time, warranty, payment terms. Attach a photo of the tread pattern, certification, tests, if any.
4. Attention, accreditation is required for participation, it may take up to 3 days

The decision is made by the tender commission, which reserves the right to refuse to conclude the contract without explanation.
