Supplier shall provide to the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of shipment the original invoice, two original invoices on the form of the BIG-12 and a copy of the receipt for shipment on shipped goods. The invoices must be issued in accordance with Article 169, paragraphs 5 and 6, of the Russian Federation Code in accordance with the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 914 dated December 2, 2000. If the price of the goods is in foreign currency, the amounts indicated in the invoice must be expressed in the same foreign currency.
