• Продукции должна быть упакована в тару, соответствующую ГОСТ, ТУ, обеспечивающую сохранность при перевозке и хранении.
• Досрочная поставка может производиться только с письменного согласия Заказчика.
• Заказчик вправе отказаться от принятия продукции по согласованной спецификации, если поставка по ней просрочена более, чем на 10 календарных дней.
