The price of the offer shall include all costs of the Applicant related to the performance of obligations, excluding VAT and including transportation costs.

Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the 45th (forty-fifth) calendar day from the moment of transfer of ownership of the Goods.
All payments for the delivered Goods are made on the basis of the original invoice, the original consignment note (TORG-12) with the obligatory indication of the contract number, copies of the transport documents, $ issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. The payer under the contract is the Buyer.
The date of fulfillment of obligations of the Buyer to the Supplier for payment of goods shall be the date of write-off of funds from the Buyer's current account in the authorized bank.
Delivery terms:
Delivery of the Goods is carried out within the terms specified in the specification (Appendix No. 1 to the draft contract).
Transportation (delivery) of the Goods is carried out by road transport according to the shipping details specified in the specification (Annex 1 to the draft contract).
The Supplier shall be responsible for the delivery of the Goods.
Transportation (delivery) of the Goods is carried out on pallets.
The Supplier carries out the transportation (delivery) of the Goods to the destination. By "destination" the Parties shall mean:
- warehouse of destination of the Buyer (Consignee) — when delivered by road.
When transporting (delivering) the Goods, the Supplier is guided by the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation regulating the transportation of goods/cargo by one or another mode of transport.
The obligations of the Supplier for delivery (transfer) of the Goods shall be considered fulfilled at the time of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) at the place of destination. The Parties shall determine the moment of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee):
- according to the date of the receipt (delivery) of the Goods in the goods and transport document issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation regulating the carriage of the Goods the appropriate mode of transport.$
The right of ownership, as well as the risks associated with the loss or deterioration of the quality of the Goods, shall pass from the Supplier to the Buyer from the moment of delivery (transfer) of the Goods.
In the case of delivery of a Goods consisting of several parts and declared in the specification as one delivery unit, the ownership of the Goods shall be transferred from the Supplier to the Buyer from the moment of delivery ( transfer) of the last part of the Goods.
The quality of the delivered Goods must be confirmed by a passport issued by the manufacturer, and (or) a certificate of quality (conformity), and (or) another document, if its registration is mandatory in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
The following accompanying documents must be attached to the goods supplied under the Contract: packing lists; packing lists for each shipping place with an indication of: full and correct name, mass dimensions (length, width, height, net weight), number of the questionnaire, name of the object of capital construction, numerical marking ( information based on the principle: serial number of the place from the total number of places); technical passports (where applicable); safety passports; quality certificates or other documents confirming the quality of the Goods; warranty manufacturer's obligations and warranty period; operating instructions (where applicable) .$ The technical documentation shall comply with the requirements established by the relevant Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (where applicable). Passports and operating instructions for imported Goods must be executed in Russian.
The Supplier is responsible for the improper quality of the products supplied under the Contract, regardless of which manufacturer they are manufactured.
