Payment terms:
The price of the commercial offer must include all Contender expenses related to the fulfillment of obligations, excluding VAT and taking into account transport costs.
The price of the commercial offer is indicated in rubles, excluding VAT.
Payment terms:
Payment of the Goods shall be made by the Buyer on the 60th (sixtieth) calendar day from the moment of the transition of ownership to the Goods.
All payments for delivered Goods are made on the basis of the original invoice, the original goods consignment note (TORG-12) with the obligatory indication of the contract number, copies of the goods and transport documents, issued in accordance with the requirements of legislation of the Russian Federation. The payer under the contract is the Buyer.
The date of fulfillment of the Buyer's obligations to the Supplier on payment of goods shall be the date of write-off of funds from the Buyer's account
Delivery terms:
Delivery of the Goods is carried out within the terms specified in the specification (Annex No. 1 to the draft contract).
Transportation (delivery) of the Goods shall be carried out by rail, road, in accordance with the shipping details of the Buyer (Consignee) specified in the specification. (Annex 1 to the draft contract).
The obligation to deliver the Goods lies with the Supplier.
Transportation (delivery) of the Goods is carried out on pallets.
The supplier carries out the transportation (delivery) of the Goods to the destination. "Destination" Parties mean:
- destination station — when delivered by rail;
- container destination station — at container delivery;
- warehouse of destination of the Buyer (Consignee) — when delivered by road.
When transporting (delivering) the Goods, the Supplier is guided by the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation regulating the carriage of goods/goods by one or another mode of transport.
The obligations of the Supplier for the delivery (transfer) of the Goods shall be deemed to have been fulfilled at the time of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) The moment of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) Parties determine:
- according to the date of the mark on receipt (issuance) of the Goods in the goods and transport document, issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation regulating the carriage of Goods the appropriate mode of transport.$
Ownership, as well as risks associated with the loss or deterioration of the quality of the Goods, pass from the Supplier to the Buyer from the moment of delivery (transfer) of the Goods.
In the case of delivery of the Goods consisting of several parts and declared in the specification as one unit of delivery, ownership of the Goods shall be transferred from the Supplier to the Buyer from the moment of delivery (transfer) of the last part of the Goods
The quality of the goods supplied shall be confirmed by the passport issued by the manufacturer and/or the certificate of quality (conformity), and/or other document if the document is mandatory in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
The following accompanying documents are bound to the Goods supplied under the Agreement: packing sheets; packing sheets for each shipping place indicating: complete and correct name, mass dimensions (length, width, height, net weight/gross), survey number, capital construction object name, numerical markings (information on principle: serial number of seats from the total number of seats); technical passports (where applicable); security passports; quality certificates or other documents confirming the quality of the Goods; manufacturer's warranty obligations and warranty period; operating instructions (where applicable). Technical documentation shall comply with the requirements established by the relevant Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (where applicable). Passports and operating instructions for imported Goods must be executed in Russian.
The supplier is responsible for the improper quality of the products delivered under the Contract, regardless of the manufacturer it is manufactured.
Provide the following documents (required):
• Documents confirming that the applicant has experience of supplying similar Goods for at least 3 years (referent sheet, information letter, etc.);
• Certificate of compliance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2015 (ISO 9001:2015);
• Quality Passports on the Goods for each position of the goods delivered;
• Notification of placing on special account a legal entity or individual entrepreneur carrying out transactions with precious metals and precious stones, and assigning to it accounting numbers;
• Information about the manufacturer of the product offered for delivery (with mandatory indication of its name and location);
• Powers from the manufacturer confirming the status of the business entity - the applicant (dealer, distributor, etc.), in case of delivery by non-manufacturer.
