Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Based on the results of the analysis of commercial proposals with a participant who offered a lower cost and most fully fulfilled the requirements of the technical task, it is planned to conclude a supply contract.
The proposal must be submitted on the organization's letterhead, indicating:
- full name of the organization;
- details and contact information: INN, PSRN, OKPO, contact phone number, address, e-mail;
- the validity period of the offered price;
- basic conditions for the execution of the contract (term of service provision, payment procedure, etc.)
- shipping costs with explanation included / not included in the price of products.
The proposal must be registered in the prescribed manner (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person and sealed.
Payment terms: within 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of acceptance and transfer of products under the contract.
Delivery of goods is required to the city of Bilibino, in the period from April 02, 2021. until April 01, 2022
