Comments:
1) Participation only by manufacturers or official dealers. IT IS MANDATORY TO ATTACH A DOCUMENT CONFIRMING AN OFFICIAL DEALER OR MANUFACTURER.
2) IT IS OBLIGATORY TO SUBMIT A COMPLETED COMMERCIAL OFFER (in excel format), according to the attached application form for participants, approved by Urals Capital LLC, otherwise, THE APPLICATION WILL BE REFUSED !!!
3) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, and any discounts offered by the supplier.
4) This procedure is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
5) If the supplier participates in the auction, then he agrees, if declared the winner, to conclude a delivery agreement within two days according to the standard form of Urals Capital LLC without a protocol of disagreements and to carry out the delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
