Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:The Buyer is granted a delay in the payment of each consignment of the delivered Goods in the amount of 60 (sixty) calendar days after delivery of products, invoicing for the delivered Goods.
Delivery terms:The Supplier shall deliver the goods in batches within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of submission of the Buyer's application to the address of the Supplier at: Megion, etc. Victories, № 7, North-West industrial zone, industrial base of OJSC "Auto"-Buyer's warehouse, unless otherwise provided in the Specification for delivery.
