When proposing an analogue, it is imperative to fill in the For delivery column in the "Goods" tab, since the data is subsequently transferred to the delivery agreement and is not subject to correction. And also attach the technical characteristics of the proposed analogue / replacement of goods and materials.

The delivery time until 01.06.2021 is approximate; when participating in the tender, indicate the actual delivery time (calendar / working days).

There is no need to supply a trial batch.

Special requirements for the quality of goods of original factory design, with certificates of quality and origin of the manufacturer, it is necessary to indicate the manufacturer for each item of inventory. Affiliation with the manufacturer is confirmed by dealer certificates.

The Supplier is obliged to provide the Buyer, within 5 (fifteen) days from the date of shipment of the goods, the original invoice, two originals of the TORG-12 invoice and a copy of the receipt of acceptance of the goods for carriage for the shipped goods. Invoices must be drawn up in accordance with clauses 5 and 6 of Article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 02.12.2000. No. 914. If the price of the goods is indicated in foreign currency, the amounts indicated on the invoice must be expressed in the same foreign currency.

Certificate of conformity, quality certificate is required.

A safety data sheet is required.

Special requirements for packaging and transportation - packaging must ensure the safety of the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage.

The need for cargo insurance is not.

Requirements for the form of the contract - according to the form of the buyer. Prices are not subject to change and are valid for the duration of the contract.

Price including VAT (20%), transportation costs are included in the price of the goods, the cost of packaging is included in the price of the goods.

This request for proposals is not a tender or a public tender within the meaning of Art. 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of an agreement with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer that exceed those listed in the conditions of the competition.
