Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

It is allowed to submit bids not for all categories (for example, only for products of budget equivalents of Vileda). The offer is submitted entirely for the selected lot.

Organizations are required to fill out a qualification questionnaire, attach a Commercial Proposal in the form of LLC "STD "Petrovich", provide all the necessary documents.

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This request for proposals procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting prices does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
