Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay for the delivered products within 45 (forty-five) calendar days (within 30 (thirty) calendar days for SME entities) after the Parties sign the Goods Receipt and provide the invoice issued by the Supplier in accordance with the requirements of Clause 5 Art. 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (unless the Supplier applies USNO).
