Payment terms:Payment delivered goods shall be carried out within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods on the basis of the original invoice and the invoice of the supplier.
Delivery terms:the required delivery time: up to 20 days. Transportation costs are included in the price. Basis of delivery: customer's warehouse. Delivery of goods by instalments, takes place during the term of the contract, the number and variety of each Party shall be determined by agreement of the parties in writing on the basis of the application of the purchaser, taking into account the needs of the buyer. Delivery (shipment) of goods is carried out on the basis of agreed (approved) applications of the buyer in time according to the terms of agreement. Indicative term harmonization proposal 3-7 days. (Please if you specify a delivery date to take into account these terms). 1. Delivery is carried out according to the customer's application (correction on agreement with customer). 2. Supply prices remain unchanged for the entire duration of the contract. 3. In the offer there are signed by the offeror contract controversy. 4. Transportation costs are included in the price of the goods. 5. Basis of delivery: customer's warehouse. 6. The supplier carries out the required customs procedures in accordance with applicable law. Customs carries out Supplier at its own expense. (if necessary)

Comments:
1. All questions regarding the procedure, please ask using functional ETP (requests for clarification). 2.
