Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the inventory to the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery of inventory items to the buyer's warehouse is included in the cost of the inventory.
Delivery terms:Material assets will be delivered in stages, on the 5th-10th of each month, but not more than 2 deliveries of a monthly requirement according to the Buyer's application. The BOM records the unit cost, but not the volume. The delivery time is 5-10 days from the date of signing the monthly Specification that specifies the required quantity and nomenclature.
MONTHLY PURCHASE AMOUNT from 100000 rubles (for all items)
THE NUMBER OF DELIVERY STAGES 1 - 2 monthly. Goods delivery address: g. Perm, ul. Promyshlennaya, 84 (LUKOIL-PNOS territory). All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the product price. Pickup by the Buyer is possible in Perm. The supplier must provide certificates and passports for products. The products must be new, not earlier than 2021.

Comments:
Bidding for the right to conclude a contract for the supply of materials according to procurement items is held to determine the Supplier with a minimum fixed price. Materials will be sampled from JANUARY TO JUNE 2022 INCLUSIVE! The list of materials reflected in the lot is for informational purposes and serves to fix unit prices, but is not required for a full selection of materials for this procurement procedure. A specification will be signed with the Supplier who submitted the most advantageous offer, if all delivery conditions are met, fixing the unit cost, but not the volume.

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list to their proposals in electronic form before opening the envelopes simultaneously with the submission of the offer and a file in the form of a scanned copy of its COMMERCIAL OFFER, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of failure or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Supplier offers are valid for at least 30 days.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with commercial offer).
4. The cost of products must be constant for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
