Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring funds to the current account of the Supplier, within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the CMC to the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery of the TMC to the buyer's warehouse is included in the price of the TMC.
Delivery terms:Delivery of material assets will take place in stages, 10-15 days of each month, but no more than 2 deliveries of the monthly need according to the submitted order of the Buyer. The specification captures the cost per unit of production, but not the volume. Delivery time 10-15 days of signing the monthly Specification in which the required quantity and nomenclature are specified.
APPROXIMATE MONTHLY PURCHASE AMOUNT: 120 000 (for all positions)

Comments:
Bidding for the right to conclude a supply contract for materials according to procurement positions. Bidding is held to determine the Supplier with a minimum fixed price up to December 2019 inclusive. Sampling of materials will take place from SEPTEMBER to DECEMBER INCLUSIVE! The list of materials reflected in the lot is informative and serves to fix prices per unit of production, but is not required to complete sampling of materials under this procurement procedure. A specification will be signed with the Supplier who submitted the most advantageous offer, subject to all terms of delivery, fixing the cost per unit of production, but not the volume.
1. Please ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list at the same time as submitting the proposal and file in the form of a scanned copy of its commercial offer signed by the authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization. If the participant fails or fails to comply with this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of the participant.
Validity period of the offer of suppliers is not less than 30 days.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer or the manufacturer's official dealer or distributor (the participant shall provide the supporting documents at the same time as commercial offer).
4. The cost of the product must be unchanged for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of holding a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
