Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Delivery terms:Delivery by forces and at the expense of the supplier to the Northern RC (lot 8), the rest of the lots are pickup.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

EDS is not required

Mandatory conditions for KA: KA's consent to the terms of payment for Thunder and Dixie - 100% post-payment, a delay of 60 calendar days for all lots.
The warranty is at least 12 months.
The consent of the SPACECRAFT to sign the standard forms of contracts of JSC Thunder and Dixie (in the attachment) without any edits from the SPACECRAFT.
KA's consent to fix the price until 31.10.2023.
KA's consent to prolongation of the signed volume according to the specification +/- 30% (for Thunder and Dixie lots)
The agreement of the SC to maintain the price when dividing the total volume between the participants of the competition for all lots, the volume of one lot is not divided
KA's consent to delivery on Lot 8 (Dixie's need) by and at the expense of the supplier.

Other requirements and explanations:
1)It is necessary to attach technical specifications and documentation for the equipment. Fill out questionnaires on compliance with the TOR.
2) Type of delivery for lots 1-7 - pickup from the supplier's warehouse
3) Type of delivery for lot 8 - delivery by and at the expense of KA
4) It is necessary to form a price offer in such a way that when calculating the price with VAT, the figure has no more than two decimal places.

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the tender procedure at the same time.

Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procedure of all affiliated participants.

This procedure for requesting proposals is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
