2) 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Consignee (Buyer's branch) of a positive act of incoming control after receipt of Products of good quality and in the proper completeness and presentation of documents (with a contract price of up to 5 million rubles including VAT (inclusive));
3) 15 working days from the date of signing by the Consignee (the Buyer's branch) of the positive act of incoming control after receiving the Products of proper quality and in proper completeness and submitting documents (with SMEs). |
