Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Auto-extension
If within the last 20 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 20 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:1. A quality document (passport) must be provided for each batch.
2. The presence of a certificate of conformity.
3. Delivery address: construction projects of PIK-Industry JSC
4. When the material is delivered to the Stroimkombinat (UPTK) sub-station, the material must be packed on pallets so that it can be unloaded by a forklift.
5. Each product must be labeled.
6. All manufacturers of electric drives are accepted for consideration (without OEM production, if there is a letter from the factory)

1. A quality document (passport) must be provided for each batch.
2. The presence of a certificate of conformity.

3. Wall Valves:

When closing, the sash should not go beyond the dimensions on the front side.
Landing dimensions, taking into account all flanges on the inside, should be A-5mm / B-5 mm.
The flange on the front side is flat - to provide a better fit to the wall. The flange size is larger than the mounting size by 40 mm.
