Payment terms:
Payment for the delivered Goods is carried out within 60-90 calendar days from the Date of delivery of the Goods on the basis of the original invoice and invoice of the Supplier.
Transportation costs shall be included into the products price.
The supplier carries out the required customs procedures in accordance with applicable law. The Supplier makes customs payments at his own expense.
1.1. The equipment is purchased in 100% factory readiness with delivery to:
• Nizhnevartovsk branch of Weatherford LLC, at the address Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra, Nizhnevartovsk, NV GPP area.
Delivery terms:
Required delivery time: 30-60 calendar days.
Delivery of the Goods is carried out in separate batches, at the request of the Customer.
The demand indicated in the lot is indicative until 12/31/2021.
Requirements for accompanying documentation:
Passports must be provided for each batch of equipment.
All equipment must be provided with permits (certificate of conformity, permission to use) Gosgortekhnadzor and Gosstandart of the Russian Federation (one copy must be notarized in Russian and submitted before the delivery of the equipment).
Supplier guarantees:
The supplier must guarantee the operation of the equipment for the specified service life or warranty period from the date of commissioning.
The manufacturer guarantees free elimination in the shortest, technically possible period of defects arising from his fault and discovered during the warranty period, as well as replacement of parts that have failed during this period.
The fact of poor quality or incompleteness of the equipment, as well as its failure, must be certified by the relevant act, and in case of disagreement - also by the decision of the technical expertise appointed by both parties.
The supplier guarantees the supply of equipment ready for operation and does not require further modification.
Marking requirements:
All equipment and completion tools must be marked in accordance with GOST 21964-76 (ST SEV 2603-80) "External influences. Nomenclature and characteristics ". The marking should be located in a conspicuous place, be accessible for viewing and reading. The marking and its background should not change color, clearness of contours, corrode and be erased (during the entire service life of the product) from external influences. The following information should be applied by laser or mechanical shock marking or engraving:
- Manufacturer's name:
- Product name / code;
- Individual product number
Packaging:
Each box must have a sticker with the following information:
- Manufacturer's name;
- Product name / code
- Batch number;
- Equipment information;
- Packing and shipping date:
- Net weight (gross).
Each supplied product must be reliably protected from corrosion during the entire period of transportation and storage, incl. on the well pad awaiting installation.
Equipment packaging must ensure the safety of the supplied equipment and tools from mechanical damage during storage, transportation and be suitable for moving with a crane.

Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form all the necessary documents simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 6 months.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. The pricing mechanism must be consistent throughout the delivery period.
Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
