Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and signing by the Buyer of the unified form of the consignment note (in the form of TORG-12, approved by the resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 25.12.98 N 132), subject to receipt from the Supplier of the invoice issued on the basis of the signed contract and the invoice issued in accordance with in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account.
Delivery terms:Delivery basis: DDP Arkhangelsk region, Mezen district, 132 km northeast of Arkhangelsk, V. Grib Mining and Processing Plant. From the city of Arkhangelsk to the diamond deposit named after V. Grib, there is a highway III cat.
Delivery time: 2023, according to the specification.
