Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Based on the results of the analysis of commercial offers, it is planned to conclude a supply contract with the participant who offered the lowest cost and most fully fulfilled the requirements of the technical task.
The offer must be submitted on the company's letterhead, registered in accordance with the established procedure (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person, sealed, and contain:
- full name of the organization;
- banking details and contact details: TIN, OGRN, OKPO, contact phone numbers, addresses or e-mail;
- validity period of the offered price;
- the main conditions for the execution of the contract (delivery time, payment procedure, etc.);
- explanation shipping is included/not included in the product price.
The technical and commercial offer must contain a calculation of the cost of delivery, indicating:
- unit prices with and without VAT;
- the total price of the contract on the terms specified in the request.
If possible, specify:
- place of shipment (city, region);
- delivery method;
- the cost of delivery with VAT, without VAT.
Payment terms: within 15 working days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of acceptance and transfer of products under the contract.
The products must be delivered to the warehouse of the Bilibino NPP in Bilibino according to the periodicity of delivery Appendix No. 2 to the TOR from the moment of signing the contract until 30.06.2022.
The implementation of this information collection procedure does not entail any obligations of the Customer.
