The price of the Goods with VAT is indicated in includes the cost of packaging and non-refundable packaging, all costs related to the delivery/transportation of the Goods. Deferment of payment within 30 days
Delivery terms:
The supplied products must comply with GOST, OSTs, specifications provided for this type of product, or in accordance with the requirements of normative acts on acceptance of products of the Russian Federation and JSC "Russian Railways". Acceptance of the goods is carried out by quantity according to the specification signed by the parties and the consignment note. Acceptance on the quality of the Goods is carried out at the Buyer's warehouse within 2 (two) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods to the Buyer. In case of underdelivery, failure by the Supplier of the goods according to the quality, quantity specified in the Annex to this Agreement, the consignment note, the Supplier shall carry out additional delivery, additional equipment, replace the Goods at its own expense or recalculate the amount paid for the goods. The transport costs, costs and costs associated with the supply and replacement of substandard and non-conforming goods shall be borne by the Supplier.
