Ranking of bids

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
Priority is given to Call for Bidding in rubles, at the same time, the tender provides:
• the ability to submit bids in various currencies;
• alternative bids (possibility to submit several proposals for an item/lots in different currencies).
IMPORTANT! Residents of the Russian Federation must fix the price offer for the main bid in rubles, alternative Commercial Proposals can be submitted in foreign currency.

3) The consent of the Bidder to sign the standard form of the contract in the edition of JSC Tander must be without any proposals from the Bidder to amend the standard form of the contract.
4)Admission to Call for Bidding is made after testing. Test samples must be submitted within 14 days from the date of submission of the Commercial Proposal to the delivery address:
Krasnodar, Solnechnaya str. 15/5. The recipient is Vitaly Kozlov (Technical Solutions Search Department). The provision of test samples is free of charge, with transportation at the expense of the Contractual Counterparty.
Shorter sample delivery times are welcome.
5. It is necessary to form a price offer in such a way that when calculating the price with VAT, the figure has no more than two decimal places.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.

This procedure for requesting proposals is not an auction or tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
