Payment terms:payment of the delivered products under the contract (separate stage of the contract) is made by the buyer within 30 calendar days from the date of the buyer's signing of the document on acceptance of the products and the provision by the supplier of the documents provided by paragraph 3.4 of the contract (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration, established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract).
Settlements under the contract are made by transfer of funds from the buyer's settlement account to the current account of the supplier or, as agreed by the parties, by means of transferring as payment of bills and other securities under the Act of acceptance-transfer.
The payment date shall be the date of withdrawal of funds from the buyer's current account or the date of signing of the Act of acceptance and transfer of bills and other securities.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
