Comments:
1) The validity period of the offer is for the period of the tender;
2) Warranty obligation of at least 12 months;
3) Specify the price for 1 pc. for each position;
4) To provide delivery and packaging of MTR at the expense of the supplier / to include in the cost of MTR; Priority conditions: DAP/DDP incoterms 2010.
5) Guarantee placement in production on the basis of a letter of guarantee;
6) Specify the minimum possible delivery time from the date of placement in production;

12) The decision to choose the winner is made based on the results of comparing the essential terms of commercial offers, taking into account the technical conclusion of the Customer, warranty developments and possible recommendations of the Security Department regarding the participants. In addition, an essential condition affecting the choice of supplier is the OTIF indicator (the target is 90%).
