Delivery is required in accordance with the attached drawing of the customer for the specified dimensions and material of manufacture (attached to the procedure). This information should be reflected in the attached offer on your company's letterhead. In the absence of this information in the offer, the customer has the right to refuse to consider the offer.
1) The term of validity of the offer - for the period of the tender;
2) Warranty obligation of at least 12 months;
3) Specify the price for 1 piece for each item;
4) To provide delivery and packaging of MTR at the expense of the supplier / include in the cost of MTR; Priority conditions: DAP/DDP incoterms 2010.
5) Guarantee placement in production on the basis of a letter of guarantee;
6) Specify the minimum possible delivery time from the date of placement in production;
7) Required payment terms - 100% payment within 60 calendar days upon delivery of equipment to the warehouse + 7 days, taking into account a single payment day. Delivery and packaging of MTR to include in the price of MTR;
8) Special requirements for the quality of the goods - the equipment must be new, not restored;
9) Certificate of conformity, quality certificate - required;
10) Requirements for the form of the contract - in the form of the buyer (attached to the procedure);

12) Supplier status - Manufacturer/official representative of the manufacturer. In the attached proposal, specify the manufacturer.
13). Experience of deliveries to similar enterprises for at least 3 years. Providing a reference list is mandatory.
14) Provision of a checklist for the manufacture and delivery of grates, which includes operations for the Call for Bidding of raw materials, casting of grates, conducting OTC and delivery dates.
The decision on the choice of the winner is made based on the results of a comparison of the essential terms of commercial offers, taking into account the technical conclusion of the Customer, warranty developments and possible recommendations of the Security Department regarding the Bidders. In addition, an essential condition affecting the choice of supplier is the OTIF indicator (the target is 90%).
