Обоснование: В соответствии с пп. 1 п. 5 ст. 42 Положения о закупках товаров, работ, услуг АО «ОЭЗ ППТ «Липецк» и пп.1 п. 6.5 Раздела II документации запроса предложений Заказчик передает участнику запроса предложений, подавшему заявку на участие в закупке – ООО «Завод КДМ» почтовый адрес: 214012, г. Смоленск, ул. Ударников, д. 1 проект договора с включением условий исполнения договора, предложенных участником запроса предложений в заявке на участие в запросе предложений:
