Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:calculations under this Agreement shall be made by the purchaser by transferring funds to the account of the supplier, within 35 (thirty-five) working days after acceptance by the buyer of the delivered of the goods on the basis of the following documents:
- The form of TORG-12 (Universal Transfer Document-hereinafter UPD) of the whole consignment of goods signed by the parties.
- Invoices issued in accordance with the requirements stipulated by the legislation on taxes and fees;
- Billed by the vendor.
