Comments: PJSC "VimpelCom" invites the organizations to take part in the pre-qualification of counterparties to participate in the procurement event to choose the supplier of switching and cross equipment for 2020-2022.
The subject of prequalification is the supply of switching and cross equipment to the warehouse in St. Moscow and warehouses in Russia.
Geography of delivery: Moscow DDP and macroregions/regions of Russia.
Planned procurement stages:
Phase 1. Creating a list of stakeholders. Approval of the composition of lots.
Phase 2. Collection of documents for qualification. Approval of the list of qualified participants.
Stage 3. Commercial stage among qualified participants.
Step 4. Selection of winners.
Phase 5. Conclusion of contracts.
To complete Phase 1, please send the following documents to Konkurs_Shentseva@beeline.ru no later than November 15, 2019. (the subject of the letter should indicate "Participant name/Delivery to the RUC") .$ The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive). The name of each file must indicate its contents.
Documents for Stage 1_ (link to the package of documents is located at the bottom of the text):
1. Fill in the Application form for the Security Service, providing in PDF format (scanned with signature);
2. Fill in the file "Questionnaire of the potential supplier of VC", presenting in Excel format;
3. Fill in the file "Request for financial statements", submitting in Excel and PDF format;
4. Sign the "Negotiating Agreement" and send it in PDF format.
5. Fill in the file "Types of equipment", specifying the types of equipment for which your organization plans to participate in the qualification (in Excel format);
It is also necessary to provide the following documents:
• Excerpt from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated 2019. ; $
• Power of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign documents on behalf of the organization;
• Balance sheet (for 2017 and 2018, not less than 2 quarters) or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activity of the organization please provide for closed periods of the current year , as well as the report for the end of previous periods (maximum for 3 years);
Electronic copies of documents shall meet the following conditions:
• every scanned document should be easily readable;
• each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, a single page document being saved in a separate file and a document containing multiple pages and annexes, $ should also be grouped into a single file;
• each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.$

This invitation does not constitute a notice of holding an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail for PJSC "VimpelCom" the obligations provided for by these articles.
