Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay for the goods within 5 (five) working days from the date of acceptance of the goods according to the relevant specifications on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. The invoise must be given to the Buyer together with the goods and shipping documents
Delivery terms:The products shall be delivered to the following address: Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug—Yugra, Tyumen Region, Surgut, Prospekt Mira 43; Delivery time on LOT No. 1 - 30 days; Delivery time on LOT No. 2- 60 days. The goods must be delivered and unloaded at the warehouse of the Customer at the expense of the Supplier
