The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Prices are given in rubles of the Russian Federation without reference to the exchange rates taking into account all taxes and fees, as well as transportation and overhead costs.

Comments:
Each participant must submit a completed Participant Questionnaire both in electronic form in the "doc" format and a scanned version with a signature and a stamp.
Also, the full package of documents specified in the Participant Questionnaire is provided.
In the commercial proposal, the name of the goods is indicated by the vendor's accounting information in accordance with the shipping documents (it is not allowed to simply copy our product name).
The column with the information is corrected by the participant, if some document is not provided, the reason for this action is indicated.
The application form and the standard form of the supply contract are in the procurement documentation.
Obligatory presence of the consent with our edition of the standard contract of delivery in the form of an official letter.
If an analogue is proposed, it is necessary to indicate in the table its full name (manufacturer, model, etc.).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
