Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Deferred payment within 90 (ninety) calendar days after the item arrives at the buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Pre-delivery.
Delivery time: no more than 5-8 business days from receipt of the order by any of the following means of communication: phone/fax, email, messenger.
Transportation costs for delivery of goods to TNG Group LLC's NPGE base in St. Nurlate to include in the price of the item.
In case of need to involve a transport company, please send cargo via ZheldorExpedition to the terminal in ZheldorExpedition. Nurlate at the supplier's expense.
Provide certificates and quality certificates for goods, dealership/distribution documents.
Provide a reference list, feedback from end users not older than 2020.
Priority is given to participants who are physically located in Tatarstan.

This request for proposals procedure is not a competition and is not governed by articles 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code.
The Promoter has the right to refuse any offers received for any reason or to terminate the price request at any time, without incurring any liability to the Enquirer Participants suggestions.

3. A copy of the Value Added Tax (VAT) return with receipt of receipt by the tax authority;
4. Certificate of State Registration of Legal Persons;
5. Certificate of registration of legal entities;
6. Certificate on the status of tax and fees, dated no more than 30 days by the date of submission;
7. Charter (in full);
8. Accounting statements for the most recent reporting period
9. Certificates, licenses, dealerships.
