Payment terms:3.1.1. The contract price includes all the costs of the supplier required for execution of obligations under the Treaty.
3.1.2. The contract price includes all costs of delivery of the equipment, including the cost of transport and handling, and insurance charges, customs duties, taxes, fees and other mandatory payments.
3.1.3. Payments for shipments are made from a separate account of the buyer to a separate vendor account, open the supplier in accordance with the Federal law "on State Defense order" in the authorized bank.
3.1.4. The contract price is fixed and cannot be changed
Section 3.2. Procedure of settlements
3.2.1. Calculation within 10 working days from receipt of all equipment.
3.2.2. Calculation of unit-the Russian ruble.
Delivery terms:2.2.1. Delivery time is within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of conclusion of the supply contract.
2.2.2. Delivery of the equipment can be done ahead of time.
2.2.3. Delivery of equipment and forces at the expense of the supplier.
2.2.4. The date of delivery of the equipment is considered to be the date of signature by the buyer of a commodity.
2.2.5. Packaging equipment must ensure its safety during transport and storage, sufficient to ensure its safety during normal handling.
2.2.6. Equipment is leased to the buyer in assembled form, providing the possibility of its operation.
2.2.7. At the same time with the equipment Supplier undertakes to transfer to the purchaser of the product, designed by form Torg 12, invoices and other documents necessary for the acceptance of the equipment.
