Evaluation criteria proposals will be:-line suggestions technical specifications (specifications) of the customer (annex 1);-offer price;-participant status (manufacturer, dealer, supplier with a warehouse);-harmonize supply contract to form the customer. 3. Allowed partial rate. 4. Is permitted providing analogues of products if there is technical justification. 5. This notice is not a notice on competition and does not have the appropriate legal consequences. The customer has the right to reject all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the procedure for requesting proposals at any time without incurring any liability to participants. 6. The customer reserves the right to update the quantities of the delivery until the moment of conclusion of the contract and the period of its validity, as well as the additional purchases from declared volume.
