| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods shall be made upon delivery upon the basis of the invoice issued, the Supplier’s invoice within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the acceptance certificate, after receipt of the Goods of good quality and in proper completeness and presentation of documents.
For counterparties that are a subject of small and medium business:
- payment for the Goods shall be made upon delivery upon the basis of the invoice issued, the Supplier’s invoice within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date the Buyer signs the acceptance certificate, after receipt of the Goods of good quality and in the proper completeness and presentation of documents |
