| Payment terms: | Payment under the Agreement is made by the Buyer in respect of each unit of the Goods accepted by the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of transfer by the Supplier to the Buyer of the Goods and the documents provided for in the Agreement, including shipping documents.
Payment is made on the basis of the relevant Supplier's invoice and a properly executed invoice or universal transfer document - UPD (except for the case when, in accordance with tax legislation, the Supplier has the right not to issue an invoice). |
