Обоснование: 1. Признать запрос коммерческих предложений несостоявшимся на основании п. 10.18.2 (b) Положения о закупках товаров, работ и услуг – «по результатам рассмотрения заявок на участие в закупочной процедуре подана одна заявка, и такая заявка участника признана соответствующей требованиям закупочной документации».

2. Заключить договор с единственным участником процедуры ООО «Таврида Электрик Поволжье» со стоимостью его окончательного предложения 2 187 820,00 руб. (без учета НДС), с условиями оплаты – в течение 60 календарных дней с момента поставки.
