General requirements for the attached documentation:
1. At the preliminary stage, the bidders MUST attach and fill out the following forms: Appendix No. 1 "Brief questionnaire of the supplier", Appendix No. 2 "Letter of Guarantee", Appendix No. 3 "Commitment on the Principles of Ethics of the partner of LLC TD Kama, Appendix No. 4 "Company Card" (the document must be filled in two formats: 1. PDF with the seal and signature of the head, contacts of the contractor. 2 Word), Appendix No. 5 "Technical Description" (the document must be filled in Excel format).
Applications for participation in the tender without providing a technical description and a letter of guarantee will not be considered!
2. At the main stage, it is MANDATORY to attach a commercial offer. When setting the KP, you must specify:
- for each item, the manufacturer of the product,
- for each item, the delivery time to the warehouse of LLC TD Kama,
- the warranty period for the goods (months),
- payment terms,
- the price of the offered products must be specified in rubles. excluding VAT, including transportation costs, insurance costs, taxes, customs duties, fees and other mandatory payments,
- availability of a certificate of conformity, a quality certificate for products.
The commercial offer must be issued on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the head and attached to the boot documentation (to the main stage!). The validity period of the commercial offer must be at least 60 calendar days. |
