Delivery terms:Transportation costs for the delivery of goods to the Buyer's warehouse are borne by the Supplier.

Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in the B2B-Cordiant Trading and Purchasing System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in the prescribed manner and having the rights of the System Member.
2) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) If the supplier takes part in the bidding, it means that if it is declared the winner, it will conclude a supply contract in the standard form of Cordiant JSC without a protocol of disagreement and deliver on the terms specified in the procurement announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a quotation indicating the delivery time.
6) Supply of products is required exactly in accordance with the request of the customer. Analogs should not be offered, if the supplier offers analogues, the word "analogues" must be indicated in the commercial proposal.
