Before the end of the filing to participate in the request for proposals, JSC "Kuibyshevazot" has the right to make changes to the Notification, including extend the end of the filing.
This request for proposals is not a bid (competition, auction) or public competition pursuant to articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not impose on JSC "Kuibyshevazot" obligations established the articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. To their proposals electronically to participants of this procedure until the opening attach the file as a scanned copy of your commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and stamped by the Participant of this procedure (template supplied). In the event of failure or improper execution of this procedure a party Organizer procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of the party.
