PJSC KuibyshevAzot shall be entitled to refuse to conduct a request for proposals, as well as to complete the request for proposals without entering into an agreement on its results at any time, while the expenses incurred by the Participant in connection with participation in the request for proposals are not reimbursed. Before the deadline for submission of applications for participation in the request for proposals expires, PJSC "KuibyshevAzot" has the right to amend the Notice, including the deadline for the submission of applications.
This request for proposals is not a tender (tender, auction) or a public tender in accordance with Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not impose on the PJSC KuibyshevAzot the obligations set forth in these articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

To its proposals in electronic form to the participants of this procedure, it is necessary to attach the file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the Participant of this procedure (the template is attached) until the envelopes are opened. If the participant fails to fulfill or improperly performs the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the offer of this participant.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Правовой статус процедуры:ПАО "КуйбышевАзот" вправе отказаться от проведения запроса предложений, а также завершить проведение запроса предложений без заключения договора по его результатам в любое время, при этом расходы, понесенные Участником в связи с участием в запросе предложений, не возмещаются. До истечения времени окончания подачи заявок на участие в запросе предложений, ПАО "КуйбышевАзот" вправе внести изменения в Извещение, в том числе продлить срок окончания подачи заявок. Данный запрос предложений не является торгами (конкурсом, аукционом) или публичным конкурсом в соответствии со статьями 447-449, 1057-1061 Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации, и не накладывает на ПАО "КуйбышевАзот" обязательств, установленных указанными статьями Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации.
